We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) team at ASML. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving the technology and feature roadmap of SAP BTP, working closely with the Chief Product Owner and System Architect.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap and plan for the SAP BTP platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
- Lead the SAP BTP teams in delivering their commitments, including new product introductions, business process improvements, and platform support.
- Maximize value creation by setting priorities and bringing clarity to what is being asked.
- Work on organizational development, productizing IT platform services, maturing services, and developing team competences.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to align on priorities and objectives.
- Support the team in slicing work into smaller valuable pieces for smart MVP delivery and planning.
- Work with the Scrum Master to mitigate risks and manage dependencies.
- Manage epics and own features from intake to full closure.
- Bachelor of Science or MSc in IT Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of work experience in SAP technology, with 1-3 years in the BTP/Cloud domain.
- Preferably worked as a Product Owner in an Agile organization, with SAFe PMPO certification a plus.
- Experience as a project/product manager, with a strong understanding of what it takes to make a delivery happen.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate why deliverables are important.
- Minimum Viable Product mindset, long-term planning, and a can-do mentality.
- Ability to challenge the status quo while maintaining a focus on the team goal and product direction.
- Strong (English) communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Curiosity, ability to look ahead, and willingness to take ownership and lead by example.
- Strong analytical ability, with a pragmatic attitude.
- Strong and broad SAP IT background.
- Understanding of KanBan/Scrum boards, preferably in tools like Jira Align and Jira Cloud.
