About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Operations Team at Helin, a fast-growing international company based in Rijswijk. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full engagement of our customers with our software solutions, cultivating long-lasting relationships and partnerships, and providing support and guidance to address evolving needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the link between our external stakeholders, including upper management of our customers and partners, and provide trusted advice to drive technological and operational advancements.
  • Evaluate potential usages based on their alignment with our technological solutions, understanding the unique needs, goals, and expectations of each entity within the oil and gas sector and respective supply chain dynamics.
  • Manage external training and onboarding partners, providing them with guidance and structure, and co-developing training and onboarding material.
  • Monitor performance, ensure full understanding and correct usage of our solutions, and engage with engineers and technical experts to implement and train partners and oil rigs.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure smooth crew and user onboarding with technical installations, setting the tone for the adoption of our solutions.
  • Detect customer support needs that were not anticipated or prevented by training and onboarding, and improve them for the next time.
Requirements
  1. A Master's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in customer success, partner manager, support, or a related role in the offshore and/or energy sectors.
  3. Exceptional English communication, collaboration, negotiation, and people skills, adept at conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Proficient in project management tools and CRM systems.
  5. Residency in the Netherlands and a permanent work permit (EU citizenship or equivalent).

  • A competitive salary of €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
