Position Overview:
As a Research Consultant in Strategic Market Access, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, contributing to a variety of projects that demand high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants on HTA submission projects in the Netherlands, ensuring quality control of deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive pharmacotherapeutic dossiers.
  • Organize and lead payer advisory boards in the Dutch market.
  • Conduct assessments of the HTA landscape and formulate strategic plans.
  • Perform budget impact analyses to support HTA submissions.
  • Adapt global health economic models to the Dutch context and execute cost-effectiveness analyses.
  • Create pharmacoeconomic dossiers.
  • Oversee evidence synthesis and value communication projects, providing mentorship and quality assurance.
  • Maintain adherence to project budgets and timelines.
  • Facilitate client interactions to ensure satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
  • Assist in proposal requests and contribute to business growth through robust client engagement.
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of internal processes and quality standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in the field.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and publications.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree or PhD in relevant fields such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Statistics.
  • Experience in HTA and market access.
  • Proven hands-on experience in developing Dutch HTA deliverables.
  • Experience in evidence synthesis projects, including literature reviews and feasibility assessments.
  • Experience in value communication projects, such as global value dossiers and payer communication tools.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and responsive, capable of managing shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Team-oriented yet able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
Travel Expectations:
Up to 10% global travel may be required.
