About the Role

Rituals is a rapidly growing company with a strong presence in the EU, Asia, and Middle East. We are expanding our operations, opening new stores, and growing our online presence. As a key member of our Sourcing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best innovations and supply at the right price.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and coordinate the production for our Body & Beauty categories, including Shower Foams, Body Creams, Fragrances, Skincare, and colour cosmetics.
  • Work closely with our Innovation, supply chain, and quality teams to secure our yearly Innovation Calendar.
  • Manage commercial agreements with suppliers, execute the sourcing strategy, and make informed decisions based on market knowledge and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Rituals' sourcing principles and influence business decisions with commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Manage administrative activities, initiate and execute saving initiatives, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time product launch and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Higher professional or university level in purchasing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in the cosmetics industry, preferably in procurement, contract manufacturing, or packaging.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with excellent management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).
  • A strong personality with a passion for cosmetics and a keen eye for detail.
