We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Buyer to join our Global Procurement team at Coty. As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the Color Cosmetic Packaging Category, with a spend of approximately USD 70M-100M.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a category strategy and roadmap in line with business objectives, inclusive of global sourcing, risk management, sustainability, and innovation capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth category analysis and cost modeling to inform procurement decisions.
- Source and benchmark suppliers to drive optimum supplier strategy, including negotiations and contract management.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to create and implement an effective category plan, ensuring quality of products, quality of service, and cost effectiveness.
- Build and maintain current and forward-looking market intelligence.
- At least 8+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior buyer or category manager role.
- Relevant experience in the beauty or FMCG sector is a strong plus.
- Experience working in an international environment and matrix organization.
- Degree qualified in procurement, engineering, business, or other relevant discipline. MBA advantageous.
- Master the English language on a near-native level.
