Global Category Procurement Senior Buyer

Coty is seeking a highly analytical and strong business opportunist to join the Procurement team as a Global Category Procurement Senior Buyer.
Responsibilities- Lead the development of a robust Color & Nails Category Strategy and align with key internal stakeholders and leverage industry dynamics and suppliers.
- Deliver end-to-end and sustainable value creation.
- Develop strong supplier relationships to accompany our turnaround strategy and our innovations.
- Transform the Category practices embarking leaders and operational teams.
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to create and implement an effective short, medium, long-term category and sourcing strategy.
- Develop in-depth Category fact base from robust data analyses (spend, volume, price breakdown, Demand Management, tier pricing, MOQ pattern when relevant) and cost modelling.
- Build current and forward-looking Market / Industry intelligence.
- Contribute to the overall Strategy inclusive of Global sourcing, Risk Management and Innovation Capabilities to best serve Coty needs and objectives.
- Put together Value Opportunity roadmap and Implementation programs.
- Run supplier negotiations & develop Master Supply Agreements, when necessary, solve business issues.
- Establish Category Saving Annual Operating Plan in line with expectations.
The Global Category Procurement Senior Buyer will be results orientated, possess excellent analytical skills, strong influencing/negotiating skills and ability to identify business opportunities / innovations with commercial acumen.
In addition, the ability to work across different levels in the organization (across different teams) and feel energised from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.
Requirements- At least 5+ years in Direct Procurement.
- Knowledge of Third-Party Manufacturing OR Beauty Industry is a plus.
- Experience in working in an international environment and matrix organization;
- Degree qualified preferably in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or other relevant discipline. MBA advantageous.
- Master the English language on a near native level.
- Mobility for travelling ca 10% of working time.
- Holiday entitlement of 30 days, based on full time employment.
