About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at De Japanner Zuid in Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Welcoming and serving guests with a warm and inviting smile, providing attentive and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest quality of service, exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements
