Position: Civil Engineering Project Leader

Kracht Recruitment is in search of a Civil Engineering Project Leader with a proven track record in overseeing and coordinating diverse civil engineering initiatives. The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Leading, inspiring, and guiding field personnel and subcontractors
  • Focusing on client satisfaction
  • Overseeing Budget, Risks, Organization, Time, Information, and Quality
  • Monitoring financials and timelines
  • Identifying and tracking additional tasks and modifications
  • Ensuring precise project documentation

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for the Civil Engineering Project Leader role should possess excellent communication skills and natural leadership abilities. The following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Completed education in Civil Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within infrastructure
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
