About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Kracht Recruitment. As a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of ground workers and subcontractors to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor and control project risks, ensuring they are mitigated and do not impact project timelines or budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project communication and stakeholder management
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior project management role, preferably in the civil engineering industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
