At Lonza, we're seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our mRNA Business Unit as Head of Program Management. This is a unique opportunity to combine program management and supply chain expertise to drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mRNA Site PM team, focusing on coaching and developing team members.
- Ensure flawless coordination of site portfolio execution, allocating resources to new projects and ensuring adherence to global standards.
- Understand the financials of the site portfolio, including target and outlook generation and review.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of PM data and KPIs.
- Connect strongly with the mRNA Business Unit, leading by example in cultivating positive working relationships.
- Act as a core member of the mRNA asset Leadership Team and represent the program management team at BU level.
- Manage customer programs, ensuring delivery and execution according to Lonza and customer expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or business or engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- PMP or relevant PM certification, APIC certification.
- Highly experienced in life sciences, CDMO/Pharma/Biotech companies.
- Advanced experience in various supply chain functions related to operations management, production, or technology management.
- Advanced experience in program management.
