We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As VP Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team and foster a culture of excellence and results-orientation.
  • Define target customer segments and create marketing campaigns to reach them.
  • Establish key performance indicators and regularly measure and analyze marketing performance.
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop the long-term branding and communication strategy for Creative Fabrica.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in operational marketing, including 5+ years of managing teams.
  • Experience with B2C subscription business and successfully driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Budget management and ownership of marketing budgets.
  • Digital marketing expertise, including SEO, SEA, affiliates, referrals, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, and channel measurement.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and marketing automation platforms.
