About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Director to join our team in Amsterdam. As a senior creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today's technology has to offer.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Creative in an agency with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and original storytelling.

Main Responsibilities

  • Digital-first advertising campaigns for international and global clients across all channels.
  • Create memorable advertising by incorporating cultural trends, data, and insights.
  • Collaborate with our digital, media, and social experts.
  • Moving beyond TV-first thinking to create content for 360-degree campaigns that work across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Creative in an agency.
  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills.
  • Ability to use humor in campaigns and create engaging and memorable content.
  • A proactive mindset with a small agency mentality.
  • Keen interest in digital trends and social media.
