Logistics Wholesale Partner Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Wholesale Partner Coordinator to join our team in Almere. As a key member of our Logistics department, you will be responsible for the administration of the Hunkemöller flow of goods and logistics services for our stores and wholesale partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process orders from wholesale partners, including Zalando, ASOS, and BOL, as well as concession partners, such as Wehkamp and Amazon.
  • Register and prepare deliveries to e-commerce partners.
  • Take care of recalls from e-commerce partners.
  • Handle logistical complaints, such as defects, delivery issues, and damage, from or by shops, e-commerce partners, or carriers.
  • Over time, process replenishment data from night processing for the production process in the Distribution Centre.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support other department-oriented activities, such as container planning, as needed.
  • Provide customer-oriented and effective communication with internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to the optimization of administrative processes.
  • Plan work and coordinate colleagues within set frameworks, setting priorities and monitoring progress.
Requirements:
  • At least a MBO study.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems and MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of the English language and Dutch.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • High degree of accuracy.
  • Customer-oriented thinking and working.
  • Logistical experience is an advantage.
