**Wholesale Coordinator Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wholesale Coordinator to join our team at Hunkemöller. As a Wholesale Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our wholesale accounts and ensuring seamless sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional sales support to our wholesale accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our wholesale partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on sales, marketing, and promotions performance, including exclusive collaborations.
  • Manage product allocation, process preorders and reorders, and maintain stock and order management.
  • Collaborate with logistics to arrange shipments and process purchase orders.
  • Ensure quarterly orderbooks are complete and processed in the ERP system, confirmed to wholesale partners, and purchase orders are processed internally.
  • Develop and implement in-season sell-through strategies and identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare for the buying season, including showroom preparation and assortment overviews.

Requirements:

  • Passion for E-Commerce &/or wholesale with experience in sales support (B2B) functions.
  • Enthusiasm for a challenge and ability to work independently within deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
  • Results-driven with excellent English language skills (written and verbal) and ability to build relationships and optimize commercial insights.
  • Analytical thinker with strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, data validation, and analysis.
