**Wholesale Coordinator Role Overview**

At Hunkemöller, we're seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Coordinator to support our team with daily and seasonal tasks. As a key member of our wholesale operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional back-office sales support to our silver and bronze wholesale accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, including marketing, buying, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Implement, monitor, and report on sales, marketing, and promotions performance, including exclusive collaborations.
  • Process product allocation in SAP, manage stock and orders, and ensure accurate pricing and sales administration.
  • Work closely with logistics to arrange shipments and process purchase order details.
  • Ensure quarterly orderbooks are complete and processed in the ERP system, confirmed to wholesale partners, and purchase orders are processed internally.
  • Manage in-season sell-through strategies and identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare for buying seasons, including showroom preparation and assortment overviews.

**Requirements:**

  • Passion for E-Commerce and/or wholesale, with experience in sales support (B2B) functions.
  • Enthusiasm for a challenge and ability to work flexibly and independently within deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
  • Results-driven, with excellent English language skills (written and verbal) and ability to build relationships and optimize commercial insights.
  • Analytical thinker with strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, data validation, and analysis.
