Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and implement third-party tools to enhance revenue operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with integration engineers and other teams to ensure seamless technology integration and data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain documentation for training and playbooks, and occasionally host training sessions for internal users.
- Provide commercial team support by troubleshooting issues, reviewing campaign setups, and responding to incoming tickets.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data flow between third-party tools and internal systems, implementing governance practices to maintain data integrity and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations with a focus on third-party tools.
- Experience in managing tools like Aircall, DocuSign, Marketo, Calendly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales and marketing tools.
- Experience in working with APIs.
- Solid analytical skills and a strong understanding of technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and making decisions, with a keen desire for personal and professional growth.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
