About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager Bouw & Infra Partners to join our Procurement & Contracting team at Schiphol Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality goods and services for our building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet the needs of our building and infrastructure projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement process from start to finish, including tendering, contracting, and contract management
  • Ensure compliance with Schiphol Group's procurement policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement and sourcing, preferably in a similar role within the aviation or construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
