About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Sourcing Manager Bouw & Infra Partners to join our team at Schiphol Group. As a key member of our Procurement & Contracting department, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality infrastructure and building services for our airports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and procuring infrastructure and building services, including construction, engineering, and maintenance services.
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure the best value for money.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform procurement decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a focus on infrastructure and building services.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
