About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager Bouw & Infra Partners to join our Procurement & Contracting team at Schiphol Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality infrastructure and building services for our airports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the needs of our business
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Manage the procurement process from initial tendering to contract award and implementation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the infrastructure and building sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
