Business Architect

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Architect to join our team. As a Senior Business Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving changes within Aon by designing target architectures and defining guiding principles for shaping change.
Key Responsibilities:- Design business architectures in alignment with IT architectures, focusing on the organization of business processes and the information used.
- Optimize business processes from a customer perspective, balancing the interests of a standardized and efficient business design.
- Develop and maintain the Current State and Future State business architectures, with a focus on the organization of business processes and the information used.
- Provide architecture support where needed and monitor all initiatives to ensure adherence to Aon's future state.
- Collaborate with fellow architects to achieve a coherent Enterprise architecture.
- Academic working and thinking level with demonstrable experience in roles such as Business Architect, Process Architect, Information Architect, or Application Architect.
- Thorough knowledge of architecture methods, models (preferably Novius Architecture Framework), modeling techniques (Archimate, BPMN), and tools.
- Excellent analytical and pragmatic skills, with the ability to communicate complex matters to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
