About the Role
Aon is seeking a skilled Business Architect to drive changes within the company. As a Business Architect, you will design target architectures and define guiding principles for shaping change. You will apply future state architectures in various innovative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design business architectures in alignment with IT architectures.
- Focus on the organization of business processes and the information used.
- Optimize from a customer perspective, balancing the interests of a standardized and efficient business design.
- Create architecture models and frameworks.
- Apply them in strategic and tactical initiatives as a trusted advisor to senior management and change teams.
Requirements
- Academic working and thinking level with experience in roles such as Business Architect, Process Architect, Information Architect, or Application Architect.
- Thorough knowledge of architecture methods, models, and tools.
- Analytical strength and pragmatism.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex matters to a wide range of stakeholders.
