Job Description:
Aon is seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team. As a Business Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by designing and implementing business architectures that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain current and future state business architectures, focusing on business processes and information used.
- Create and maintain guiding principles for change and develop a roadmap to realize the target architecture.
- Stakeholder management and coordination with fellow architects to achieve a coherent Enterprise architecture.
- Provide architecture support and advice to senior leadership on vision and policy.
Requirements:
- Academic working and thinking level with experience in roles such as Business Architect, Process Architect, Information Architect, or Application Architect.
- Thorough knowledge of architecture methods, models, and tools, preferably Novius Architecture Framework.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
