You will design target architectures and define guiding principles for shaping change, applying future state architectures in innovative initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with senior management and change teams to balance multiple stakeholder needs and priorities.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters to a wide range of stakeholders.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and varied position that requires a strong understanding of business processes and information systems.
As a Business Architect, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining architecture models and frameworks, as well as applying them in strategic and tactical initiatives.
You will also provide architecture support where needed, monitor all initiatives to ensure adherence to Aon's future state, and advise on vision of developments in the market and technology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture methods, models (preferably Novius Architecture Framework), modeling techniques (Archimate, BPMN) and tools.
Aon offers a competitive salary, ranging from EUR 59,000-65,000 gross per month, based on education, experience and knowledge.
In addition, we offer a flexible salary component of 19.21% of your gross monthly salary, which can be used for additional days of leave or pension contributions.
We also offer an attractive bonus scheme, non-contributory pension and Aon Wellbeing Holidays.
Requirements- Academic working and thinking level with demonstrable experience in roles such as Business Architect, Process Architect, Information Architect or Application Architect
