We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team at Aon. As a Business Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving changes within our organization, designing target architectures, and defining guiding principles for shaping change.
Key Responsibilities- Design business architectures in alignment with IT architectures, focusing on the organization of business processes and the information used.
- Optimize from a customer perspective, balancing the interests of a standardized and efficient business design.
- Create architecture models and frameworks, and apply them in strategical and tactical initiatives as a trusted advisor to senior management and change teams.
- Monitor all initiatives to ensure adherence to Aon's future state.
- Provide input to strategy and policy based on vision of developments in the market and technology, and insight into the organization of the company.
- Academic working and thinking level with demonstrable experience in roles as Business Architect, Process Architect, Information Architect, or Application Architect with a strong process focus.
- Thorough knowledge of architecture methods, models (preferably Novius Architecture Framework), modeling techniques (Archimate, BPMN), and tools.
- Analytically strong and also pragmatic.
- Trusted advisor to senior leadership with excellent relationship management skills.
- Team player with a creative mind who can explain complex matters to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
