Consultant Lending Process Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our Credit Process Management team to optimize and innovate lending processes and tools.
Our Credit Process Management team plays a critical role in the continuous improvement of credit and collateral processes and tools, including the implementation of regulatory changes outside IT. This continuous improvement involves simplification, innovation, AI, and outsourcing. While managing regulatory changes as efficiently as possible, the team aims to enhance the client journey and contribute to a better working environment for the Lending and Lending Support teams through process and tool optimization.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate initiatives focused on change, innovation, and optimization within the lending domain across FS.
- Enhance front-office efficiency and the overall client experience by continuously improving credit and collateral tools and processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for process and tool enhancements, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Knowledge of lending products, systems, and work processes.
- Affinity with simplification, automation, and artificial intelligence.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical skills and the ability to perform detailed analyses.
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions that comply with regulations.
- Adaptability to the evolving landscape of financial regulations.
- Keen attention to detail for compliance and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and organizations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch.
What We Offer
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
