Sales Development Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for pre- and after-sales activities for our Identity services, primarily eHerkenning, from our office in Lelystad. You will actively engage with new and existing customers, provide quotations, and collaborate with account managers, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively listen to customer needs and analyze complex situations to identify key issues.
* Utilize your knowledge of our product or service to spot opportunities and provide tailored advice to customers.
