Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Inside Sales Representative who is eager to cultivate customer connections and surpass sales objectives. Key Responsibilities
In the role of Inside Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on pre-sales and post-sales activities related to our Identity services, particularly eHerkenning. You will proactively engage with both prospective and existing clients, addressing inquiries and preparing tailored quotations. Effective collaboration with account managers, customer service, and marketing teams is crucial.
- You will attentively listen to customer needs and analyze intricate situations to pinpoint essential issues.
- Utilizing your deep understanding of our offerings, you will identify opportunities where others may see obstacles.
- You will craft customized recommendations that align with customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of MBO-4 working and thinking level, with ideally two years of experience in a comparable role;
- Proficient command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, with a good command of English being advantageous;
- A strong sense of responsibility and a proactive sales-oriented mindset;
- A hands-on approach to tasks;
- Ability to work autonomously and leave your mark on daily operations;
- Organizational skills with aspirations to advance within Sales or other departments.
