Job Description:

We seek an experienced Hydrodynamics Specialist to join our team in The Netherlands. As a key member, you will contribute to the development of advanced hydrodynamic systems, working closely with engineers and designers to bring innovative concepts to life. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping the future of naval technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop hydrodynamic systems for naval vessels and other applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hydrodynamic components into larger systems
  • Conduct research and analysis to improve the performance and efficiency of hydrodynamic systems
  • Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hydrodynamics and apply knowledge to drive innovation within the company
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, naval architecture, or fluid dynamics)
  • Proven experience in hydrodynamics or a related field, preferably with a focus on naval applications
  • Strong understanding of fluid dynamics principles and mathematical modeling techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
