About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Expert to join our team at ING. As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in the development of a new pension investing product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Work with design and development teams to create prototypes and optimize the minimum viable products (MVPs).
  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to ensure commercial success.
  • Monitor product performance and collaborate with key stakeholders and our team of data analysts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, product management, managing customer journeys, or similar experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business, marketing, finance).
  • Familiarity with financial services or banking/investment products.
