We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Process Manager to join our team in charge of New Product Introduction (NPI). As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics processes and high-quality outcomes for NPI projects.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Requirements Management
You will define, validate, and maintain logistics requirements from the Operations department toward Product Generation Process (PGP) teams. This includes aligning with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee on-time delivery and quality of infrastructure, systems, parts, tools, routings, procedures, and work instructions.
Stakeholder ManagementYou will represent the Logistics department in cross-sector product teams, driving issue resolution processes, and providing input for Key Decisions (KD) and advising on Go/No-go decisions.
Process ImprovementYou will analyze logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimized solutions, including supplier selection and employee training. Additionally, you will drive the structural improvement program within Operational Logistics.
Leadership and CommunicationYou will report directly to the Group Lead Logistics Engineering within the Logistics Operation and collaborate with various departments worldwide. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements- Bachelor or Master degree in business engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, operational management, or logistics
- At least 3 years' experience in operational logistics & engineering, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume assembly environment
- Project, Program, and Portfolio management knowledge and experience
- Project management certification
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvements based on lean principles and effective change management
- Track record of leading process improvement projects
