Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of procurement professionals to achieve exceptional results and drive continuous improvement.
  • Category Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies for various categories, including facilities, infrastructure, automation, and materials.
  • Strategic Supplier Management: Optimize supplier relationships and preferred supplier base to drive cost savings and improve quality.
  • Contract/Tender Management: Manage contracts and tenders to ensure compliance and maximize value.
  • Savings & Savings Tracker: Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives, reporting directly to the CFO.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record of success in team leadership and strategic sourcing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Competitive Salary: A salary between €3,945 and €6,543, including a fully paid retirement plan and 8% holiday allowance.
