  • Drive and coordinate sales process improvement activities across our Bike Retail Sales teams.
  • Interact closely with colleagues from Shimano Europe and Local Sales Offices to ensure alignment and effective implementation of sales operation procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce CRM team to bring system, tools, and business together towards symbiosis.
  • Develop and deploy sales and account management processes across our EU Retail markets.
  • Provide assistance with requests, training, and onboarding new sales and refresher training for sales team members.
  • Align cross-functional departments and ensure they are engaged in the sales motions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to deploy sales actions and follow up to ensure delivery of aligned actions.

  • Finished Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales or similar Operational Support role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business and operating models in B2B retail environments.
  • Understanding of and experience with CRM, ERP, and account management.
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong communicator with advanced communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and planning ability.
  • Strong analytical ability to identify root causes in a methodical way.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
