Job Title: Front Office Employee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Employee to join our team at Staybridge Suites The Hague - Parliament. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the front office team to achieve excellent service standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
  • Availability: Full-time availability with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Personality: Friendly, approachable, and proactive with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
