Job Title: Front Office Employee

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Employee to join our team at Staybridge Suites The Hague - Parliament. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and promoting our hotel's services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Upsell and promote hotel services and amenities, such as room upgrades and rental bikes
  • Assist guests with transportation, dining recommendations, and other requests
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office role
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
