Job SummaryWe are seeking a Front Office Ambassador who will go above and beyond to ensure an excellent first impression and provide a memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming Guests: As the first face our guests will see, you will naturally exceed expectations from the very first moment on.
- Advisory Role: You will inform guests about practicalities, local knowledge, and other questions that may occur.
- Check-in and Check-out Procedures: You will be responsible for handling reservations, emails, and phone calls.
- Team Collaboration: You will help out your colleagues in the F&B department when needed.
- Experience: You have at least one year of experience within the front office department.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in Dutch and English. Any other languages are a plus.
- Location: Your basecamp is within the region of The Hague.
