Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Service and Sales Administrator at Clarkson PLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of sales, procurement, office administration, and warehouse tasks, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing materials from suppliers and creating quotations for customers.
- Managing sales orders, monitoring delivery times, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with colleagues to maintain accurate stock records and complete administrative tasks.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Assisting with warehouse tasks, including picking and packing products for dispatch.
Requirements
- Professional Dutch and English language skills.
- Full clean NL driving license.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high focus on accuracy.
- Good communication skills and a courteous manner.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with a good work ethic.
- Good IT and Excel skills.
