About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Kitchen to join our team at Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the Kitchen and Stewarding team to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Kitchen and Stewarding team to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes to meet the needs of our guests and the hotel's culinary goals.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience.
