Job Title: Learning & Development Coordinator

IHCP Hotels is seeking a dynamic and creative Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for our hotels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a training roadmap that caters to the specific needs of our hotels' various roles and skills levels.
  • Collaborate with management and HR team to identify training needs and align training strategies with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with hotel managers to ensure individual growth for our high potentials.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and delivering training programs in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
