Job Summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and sales excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures and ensure that all associates are aware of and adhering to them.

Requirements

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
