Job Description

As a Circle Lead for MA Data Consolidation Services, you will be responsible for organizing, recording, and processing various types of data, contributing to up-to-date management accounting systems and datasets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver operations according to agreed service levels, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve, optimize the sourcing strategy, and drive employee engagement and diversity.
Leadership and Direction

Communicate the actions needed to implement the COOF strategy for your Product, explaining the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values. Motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.

Policies and Procedures Development

Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols in your scope of responsibility, ensuring the department complies with regulations and good financial practice.

Functional Strategic Formation

Contribute to the formation of a key element of functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights, ensuring that the strategy meets business needs.

Operational Compliance

Monitor and review performance and behavior within the area of responsibility to identify and resolve non-compliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.

Organizational Capability Building

Identify the team's individual development needs, plan, and implement actions, including continuing professional development to build their professional capabilities. Coach and mentor the people in your line of responsibility to support the development of the COOF talent pool.

Performance Management

Manage and report on performance within the department or area of responsibility, setting appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and holding them accountable for achieving these. Take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.
