About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Engineer to play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making through robust data analysis and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support business analysis and decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial planning and analysis activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, business controllers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide usable processes and insights.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • System Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial systems and data, and support the implementation of new FP&A tools and technologies.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Project Support: Provide financial support for various projects, including cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning.

Requirements

  • Education: Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work outputs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
