Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our Wholesale Operations Support team at Michael Kors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with Wholesale Operations Support Team, Account Executives/Agents, and Accountancy to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Evaluate customer claims and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Process credit notes and financial documents independently.
  • Manage return authorizations, communicate return requirements to customers, and coordinate return shipments with Logistics.
  • Enter, manage, and release orders, reorders, and swaps in coordination with the Wholesale Operations Support Representative.
  • Update Customer Master data in coordination with the Wholesale Operations Support Representative.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customer contacts.
  • Act promptly to notify and resolve issues.
  • Become proficient in our company system database and IT tools.
  • Support the Wholesale Operations Support Team, Account Executives/Agents, and Accountancy with accurate and timely data to maintain control of customers.
  • Improve knowledge of IT systems to enhance the quality of reports on shipments, claims, and orders.
Requirements:
  • College degree.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other IT systems.
  • Strong knowledge of the English language (verbal and written); German, Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic principles of Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance of Fashion/Luxury organizations is a plus.
