Cloetta is seeking a skilled Application Specialist

To drive business success, we are looking for a passionate individual who can develop processes and technology. As an Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting our business processes in Infor CloudSuite and integrated applications.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the AM team, you will collaborate with stakeholders and process specialists to understand business requirements. You will lead or participate in projects initiated by the business or by Global IT, focusing on improving the ways-of-working and end-to-end perspective.

Qualifications

  • University education with a degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Application Specialist or a comparable role, preferably within an FMCG company.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience from Infor CloudSuite, M3 CE, and/or integrated applications is a plus.
  • Good change management skills.
  • The ability to think end-to-end, process-oriented, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for details.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, and well-organized.
  • Native in Swedish, Dutch, or Finnish. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
