Job Responsibilities- Work closely with software development and architecture teams to ensure testability and quality of software deliverables.
- Be the quality-focused eye and conscience in the team, ensuring that software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Determine and execute test plans to qualify software for release, maintaining and improving existing test scenarios as needed.
- Develop and implement new test scenarios and cases to increase software quality and delivery.
- Improve test setups and automation using Python scripts and/or Robot Framework.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Embedded Systems, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in high-tech systems.
- Affinity with industry-standard tools and frameworks, including GMock/GTest, Robot Framework, C++/Python, and Linux.
- ISTQB Certification is a must.
- Experience with Python and software test and qualification, including different test strategies and levels.
- Passion for technology and a desire to impact millions of end-users worldwide.
- Quality-driven and proactive, with a strong desire to enhance technical skills and contribute to a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic attitude and ability to debate technical aspects within the team.
- Proactive, self-starting, decisive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
