Product Owner - ASML

ASML is seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and ensuring its successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and communication of the Solutions Roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overall organizational strategy and long-term goals.
  • Establish strong cross-functional collaboration, ensuring a holistic alignment of technology Solutions with organizational strategies.
  • Engage with executives and key stakeholders independently, leading effective communication and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities, and managing expectations.
  • Have a deep understanding of business priorities, oversee, and strategically manage the overall Solution backlog.
  • Lead market trend analysis, identifying opportunities for strategic advantage.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and address complex business and IT opportunities and risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate potential issues.
  • Provide strong leadership in inspiring, coaching, and leading the scrum team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the definition and monitoring of KPIs for the team and product portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of its success and impact.
  • Manage financial aspects independently, contributing to budgeting and ROI optimization.

Requirements:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Integrated Workplace Management System (IWSM), Building Automation, and Smart applications is preferable
