- Coordinating requests from clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Preparing and updating documents, reports, and other materials as required.
- Managing and maintaining our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Providing administrative support to our operational teams, including printing, scanning, and preparing courier packs.
- Performing other support tasks as needed to ensure the successful completion of tasks and processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A senior secondary vocational education (MBO) or equivalent experience.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in using these tools to create reports, documents, and presentations.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
