Office Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at ICT Legal Consulting International. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and attorneys, ensuring seamless office processes, and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments with vendors for maintenance and procurement
- Managing supplies and inventory
- Welcoming clients and stakeholders, handling incoming mail, and responding to enquiries
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Updating documents and policies
- Maintaining supplier folders and promoting the use of competency building apps
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Business Support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Genuine personality and ability to work independently
- Strong technology skills and ability to quickly learn new technology and software
