Operations Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the office management, partnering with an experienced peer and the Head of Office. This will include assisting with day-to-day tasks, arranging and shipping printed materials to be used in our workshop deliveries, as well as shipping and preparing IT equipment throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initially partner with more experienced colleagues to understand the role, how we work with clients and our systems before being allocated to work with your own internal account teams, providing logistical and administrative support to coordinate and deploy our programmes to regional and global clients.
  • Support the office management, assisting with day-to-day tasks and partnering with an experienced peer and the Head of Office.
  • Assist with arranging and shipping printed materials to be used in our workshop deliveries, as well as shipping and preparing IT equipment throughout Europe.
  • Take on more complex and involved programmes of work, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure each client project is run successfully.

Requirements:

  • Have a strong customer service ethic.
  • Have a higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent.
  • Be pro-active, structured and organised to support the rollout of our programs which will cover both Amsterdam and Europe.
  • Be resilient and adaptable, open to navigating change and ambiguity.
  • Be able to work at pace and manage your workload and balance shifting priorities.
  • Bring professional maturity, be confident, curious and proactive, ready to ask questions and always keeping an eye on what comes next.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Confidently maintain data and use multiple digital platforms.

Additional Information:

Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role so you will need to have the right to live and work in the Netherlands or EU. You will also be asked to work from the Amsterdam office so should live within a reasonable commuting distance or be prepared to move prior to commencing in the role.
