ASML is a global leader in the development of lithography machines for the semiconductor industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to join our team as a Physics and Mathematics Intern in the Vacuum System Machine Data Analysis group.
About the Role
The Vacuum System Machine Data Analysis group is responsible for developing and implementing solutions to protect the optical column, reticles, and wafers within the scanner. As a Physics and Mathematics Intern, you will work closely with our team to analyze and interpret data from our machines, identifying trends and patterns that can inform our development of new solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Build software tooling to integrate statistical process control of vacuum systems machine data and signals.
- Analyze fleet data, testing and design of statistical rules based on data distributions and time behavior.
- Create dashboards and automation of statistical process evaluation for real-time SPC monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor student looking for a graduation internship or a master student looking for an apprentice internship.
- Pursuing technical education in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, (Applied) Physics or comparable.
- Proficiency in Python scripting, MATLAB programming, and statistics.
- Team player, creative mindset, can-do attitude, and strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English both verbal and in written.
