Job Description

We're seeking a creative and entrepreneurial Brand Marketing Director to lead our branding and marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas and drive our marketing efforts from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to boost brand awareness and drive sales
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and videography skills to produce high-quality content that resonates across multiple platforms
  • Analyze and optimize marketing initiatives to ensure effectiveness and inform future strategies
  • Develop content that engages audiences globally, while staying true to NOWN's identity
  • Take ownership of the marketing function with an entrepreneurial mindset, managing strategies, budgets, and results
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and drive growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing, focusing on digital marketing, content creation, and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and videography
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong eye for detail and design, with a passion for storytelling through visuals and content
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a bonus
